Please use the e-mail address stated above when contacting us by e-mail, and please include the following in your message:

- The type of work requested.

Please be as detailed as you can so that we can get a good understanding of the work needed to be carried out before we arrive to see you on site. This gives us a chance to prepare for the viewing appropriately.

- Postcode.

This will enable us to make sure we provide you with viewing dates which are convenient for both us, and you.

- Name & Contact number.

This enables us to proceed with your booking and contact you with dates for our initial viewing or any further questions that we may have for you during the process.

By the way, our phone lines DO NOT contain annoying automated systems and do not require our customers to talk to robots!

How does our booking process look?

1. By contacting us, we're able to book you in for a convenient day in order for us to go on site and discuss details of the work requested.

2. We arrive on site and asses what needs to be done. We take any necessary measurements which allow us to calculate the costs of the works, and to start working on planning and designing (if applicable).

3. We go back and workout the quotes for material and labour costs, and we start working on planning and designing (if applicable).

4. We provide you with our quotes along with planning and design (if applicable). We also provide our lead time for the work requested along with any further necessary details, which are then sent to you for approval as one unit.

5. Upon approval, we book you in for the work to be started and take a small deposit included in the quote.

All of our quotes are FREE.
